Manager/Director - New Business Recruitment

The Greenwood Partnership Alliance seeks exceptional candidates for the Manager/Director, New Business Recruitment, whose primary responsibility will be to recruit targeted industries in the following clusters: Health Sciences, Automotive, Energy, and Advanced Materials.

Qualified candidates will have the following areas of competence and will be able to exhibit those in initial interviews with our search firm:
- Exceptional consultative and/or technical sales experience where building relationships means that you fully understand the potential investment of the prospects that you have targeted, and that you have a process for establishing the prospect’s match to the “product/services” that you are selling, in this case, a GreenwoodCounty and all of its assets.
- Experience with numerous types of business entities and different levels of professionals within those organizations.
- Economic development experience is helpful; senior level consultative sales experience is even more critical.
- Experience in all of the strategic sales skills that professionals with 7-15 years of business development/sales experience should have, including:
